Pastor Arthur Allen Jr. (Rashaan Matthews) of the infamous House of Prayer in Atlanta Georgia, decides to take his years of experience of manipulation, gambling, and street hustling to the pulpit. He later discovers a boy Mathias "Matt" Hardeman (Vincent Ramirez) to force and groom into taking up his sinister, unsophisticated, and unethical ways. After years of abuse and witnessing many dark disturbing deeds towards the parishioners, Matt becomes awakened.
